Troubleshooting
Verify your M3U URL is complete and correct. Copy it fresh from your WatchIPTV welcome email. Make sure there are no line breaks or extra characters.
This is usually a codec issue. In VLC, go to Tools → Preferences → Video → change Output to DirectX (DirectShow) or OpenGL. Restart VLC and try again.
Some channels broadcast multiple audio tracks. In VLC, go to Audio menu → Audio Track and select a different track. Usually "Track 1" or the one labelled with your language.
